During the course the focus of the practical techniques taught will be to support women through the myriad of hormonal changes encountered during each cyclical change, and the treatment of any dis-ease or discomfort associated with an imbalance, and the easing of conditions present within the gynaecological and the urological systems.

Reflexology for women's health aims to support the unique aspects that influences all levels of a woman's femininity which is experienced throughout her life. Teaching practitioners how to apply the skills and techniques that will help their clients to feel, nurture, and build their inherent vitalility, improving health and encouraging the body's natural healing processes. This hands on experiential workshop enables participants to feel the effects of the techniques during the practice.

“Having a body that is like a musical instrument, open enough to be able to resonate, literally resonate with what is coming both from the inside and from the outside, so that one is able to surrender to powers greater than oneself.” —Marion Woodman
