This is a two day HANDS ON PRACTICAL WORKSHOP to provide Reflexologists with the necessary tools and techniques to apply during the powerful and transforming processes unique in all stages of a woman's life. Menstruation, fertility; through to the onset of menopause and including the development of female sexuality, are naturally intense internal physical and psychological experiences unique to women.                       

During the course the focus of the practical techniques taught will be to support women through the myriad of hormonal changes encountered during each cyclical change, and the treatment of any dis-ease or discomfort associated with an imbalance, and the easing of conditions present within the gynaecological and the urological systems.

Reflexology for women's health aims to support the unique aspects that influences all levels of a woman's femininity which is experienced throughout her life. Teaching practitioners how to apply the skills and techniques that will help their clients to feel, nurture, and build their inherent vitalility, improving health and encouraging the body's natural healing processes.This hands on experiential workshop enables participants to feel the effects of the techniques during the practice.

Hagar's 34 years of practical experience as a practitioner and reflexology educator and has enabled her to adapt, refine and develop the skills and techniques to enhance their therapeutic effectiveness. The techniques shown are grounded within the principles and methodology of the Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) originated by Tony Porter. Hagar teaches a bi-manual integrated approach to working the reflexes. On completion of the 2 full days all participants will receive a special Reflexology Academy CPD Certificate.
